Sign-Offs

At three stages, sign-off forms are required, namely:

1. First Sign-Off: Nominates agreement to proceed with the project as outlined in this Design Specification. A deposit as shown on the Invoice/Receipt attached is due.
Once completed a one-hour consultation to finalise the design outline can be organised.

2. Second Sign-Off: On reaching an agreement on the final design, the second sign-off is completed. Changes made after this point may result in additional fees.

3. Third Sign-Off: On completion and delivery of the project for publication, the third (and final) sign-off is completed, along with any outstanding payments (unless decided to make several payments over a set period of time). However, as of third sign-off and first payment it is considered the approval by the client for work delivered.
Upon Final Sign-Off, this project will move into post-design stage, and all additional changes, updates, consultations, etc. will be charged additionally.

(As according to the Design Specification there will be no additional fees charged in the unlikely scenario of problems or faults experienced within the first three months as a direct result of a new design, etc.)
